I recently installed an "N-tune" onboard tuner in my Highway 1 HSS strat and now I can't remember how the Humbucker was wired. I downloaded the HW1 HSS schematic, but it doesn't show what the wire colors are. Can someone please help? I just need to know which humbucker wires go to what terminal/grounds.

What colors are the wires?

As you are looking at the back side of the pickguard with the bottom tone knob down and the pickups up, the wires are:
Top left: green
Bottom left: white
Top right: black
Bottom right: red
Attached to casing: unshielded/braided ground

I may have stumbled on something that explained why it didn't work when I hooked it up the way I thought I remembered it. The N-tune tuner pots come in 250k and 500k versions. I have the 250k version that worked in my other strat that I installed Tex-Mex pickups in, but I think if you have a humbucker in the bridge position, you need the 500k version. I could be wrong, so it'd help to have someone verify.

You would do better with a 500K pot for a full sized humbucker but in terms of outright wiring up the pickup so it will work properly, it is irrelevant.

With your humbucker, to wire it for full power, solder the black and white wires together; the green is your hot wire and the red is your ground wire. If this is found to be out of phase with your other(s), reverse the green and red wires.
