Fat 50s

or something else?

I've wrung some pretty convincing "Bell-Bottom Blues" tones from my Fat '50s.

The fat 50s are what I'm thinking, I had a set of them a few years ago but never tried any clapton stuff then.

I don't think the Fat '50s will disappoint -- they're a pretty well-rounded set of pickups, good for just about any musical genre.

Hard to beat Those pickups and a great amp. They can even do SRV better than Texas Specials IMO.
