I'm wondering if this case has any value. It's old - I have no idea how old - but it's pretty beat up (but still serviceable). I'm curious if it's worth anything.

That looks to be a mid '70s era bass case, PTM.

Value?

My guess, $250 - $300.

It's a guitar case. Here's the story (if anyone cares):

Back in 1998, I bought a used MIM Tele for $300 that a guitar store here had gotten in on trade. When they sold it to me, they just threw in this case that the guitar came in with. I actually used it for quite a while. Last year, I actually thought about throwing it out because it's not in great condition. Good thing I didn't!

I checked this site:
http://home.provide.net/~cfh/fender.html#cases
According to that, based on the logo, this case dates between 1967 and 1971.

Already have an offer for $150. It's really beat up, but clean it would apparently be worth closer to $300.

If that case measures 48" in length it's a bass case.

I've never seen a G&G or Victoria Luggage guitar case for a Fender that had two center latches......only those longer models intended for a P-, T-, or J-Bass.

My Mustang Bass is about 3 or 4 inches too long to even fit in it, so it's definitely a guitar case.

It must be then. I've just never seen a G&G style guitar case with two center latches.

But now I have.
