Post subject: Where can I get a 2-pole, 5-way, single wafer switch?

I read in this forum that besides the double wafer switch there is a single. Where can I purchase it and also get the data sheet or mechanical dimensions?

That one is a 4-pole, double wafer switch. The OP asked for a 2-pole, single wafer which is what I linked to just above your post.

Yes bluesky, it's a four pole. I show it because Stew Mac give mechanical dimensions. mechd just have to use 2 poles.
If he can't find better.
