i installed these in my standard strat triple checked the wiring with the diagram but still have awful feedback in positions 1,3,5 is here anything im doing wrong or any way to quiet them down thanks.

I know you checked the wiring but something must be bad/wrong in that department. Some wire or solder touching something it shouldn't ??

Vol or tone pot cap not grounded ?


Is the noise louder when you touch the strings ?

That would indicate the output jack is wired backwards. It's strange the noise is with ALL pickups.

it stays the same when i touch the strings i could very well be something touching on the pots i reused the old ones and it does look kinda sloppy im gonna try new pots see what happens and go from there thanks for the advice.
