Yes I have, you need to have the nut slot widen to except the LSR nut. This needs to be done equally on both sides, so that the intonation is not thrown off. The LSR nut is flat and does not have a radius, so the slot will need to be flat to accommodate this. Also two small pilot drill holes are needed to screw in the LSR nut to the neck, it’s not glued in. It can be really cool if you do a lot of tremolo work, but can also really screw up your guitar if the work is not done properly. I prefer a bone nut with pencil graphite rubbed into the slots.
What type of guitar do you have that you are thinking of doing this to?

The 1st guitar i would do this on, as an experiment would be a Charvel strat style guitar. I got it cheap and it actually has a small chunk of the rosewood that broke off just behind the nut. ya know that 1/4" piece behind the nut ? Its missing a piece of it. I think it would be an interesting little project and not a huge loss if it goes bad.

Thanks for the reply

That was one thing I forgot to mention was be careful not to break off the top of the fingerboard above the nut slot, but you don’t have to worry about that. Perfect guitar to experiment on and keep us posted on your progress.
