Post subject: oak vs. crl switch

hi which are the differencies by the 2 brands?

i bought a switch thinking it was the Oak but latelly i found it is a Crl.
it has a spring on one side.

Quality wise, they are essentially the same. The chief difference is one uses a spring to aid in locking in the selected pickup(s) whereas the other uses a compression type system.

So it isn't a blasfemy if I replace my bad oak one with a new nice&clean Clr, is it?

Hello Strato80!

If its bad swap it for something that works. I found the CRL 5 ways to be very reliable. Your sertainly not going to hell for that!
