IMO, the DiMarzios are far superior but if your comfortable with your choice, by all means, go for it.

Dimarzios are a solid choice as they are very durable (They survived the cymbal guillotine test on one of the reviews I read) and have excellent sound quality. The Fulltone cables are also very nice, not as durable as the Dimarzios and a little more in price as are all gold plated cables. Dollar for dollar I think the Dimarzios are better, I only would use gold if you're setting it up to record, and even then I think gold connectors are more hype than anything.

Basically if you're going to gig-Dimarzio. Since you only need 10' I assume you're going to record or practice which in that case either one will do just fine.

I myself use whirlwind guitar cables, but those aren't available online and have to be bought from an authorized dealer, and my local shop happens to be one. But if you're interested ^^

I personally use CBI cables. They make their own wire and then put G&H, Switchcraft, or Neutrik connectors on them. I have two 10' and a 20' of these, and for the money (I paid $11.99 for the 10' and $15.99 for the 20'), they far outperform any other cable. In jazz band once, our drummer set his throne on top of it (he weighs about 270) and I didn't even notice until I was packing up.

Try them: http://cbi-cables.com

If you can afford them , Evidence Audio Cables rule.
Specially the Lyric HG.

Nothing compares (before I had Elixir cables, fine but largely surpassed by the Evidence Audio).

I just use the ones they have at my local shop. They have a lifetime warranty and sound fine.
