Okay this has probably been asked before...are there any pickups Fender or aftermarket make so that the neck and bridge have fairly close output? I just bought a 2007 model that even though I love the guitar I don't care for the uneven volume when going from the neck to bridge or vice versa. The stock sound of a Tele I don't want to lose just add something to the pup mix with just a slight difference and definitely more volume but on an even axis.

If you can get a hold of Fender Vintage Tele pickups or Bill Lawrence T1 and T2 pickups, I think that should suit your needs.

You can try the dude who wound my strat pickups (he winds Tele sets as well) here.

$108 a set.

Thanks for the reply! I DO like the Rumple pups. These have the sound I'm looking for and the price is very nice also. Of course every player, guitar, and amp combination is different but after listening to the sound bites I do believe these ARE WHAT I'm looking for sound-wise. Again thanks!

I will not stand for an un-apologized double post!!!!!

Lol

Out of curiosity, which set do you plan on getting, or modding to your specs.

I feel like a salesperson for Aaron. By the way, if you see his website offer humbuckers now, that might be thanks to...yours truly.

Okay I've tried to take one of my double posts off to no avail so HELP!

As to my choice of pups it'll be the Rumple dirty Black-Rope set but overwound a little bit for a dirtier bite. How long did it take for you to get your pickups?

For the double post question, that was a joke. I don't really care.

Also, my pickups arrived in approximately two weeks, depending on how many guys he has to ship to. I ordered sometime between July 10-15, and it came on the first of August.

A DiMarzio Pre B-1 or a Duncan Broadcaster fits your requirements. Although both have more power (but not ridiculously so) than that of a stock Tele bridge pickup, the DiMarzio has a bit more midrange than the Duncan which on the other hand, has a bit more high end than the DiMarzio.

Well I bought a used set of Tele pickups out of a Road Worn Tele. Run through my tube PR these pickups have a sweet bite :D but still with a bit of the Tele twang.

I still have a Strat with stock pickups that are  for a set of Rumpel pickups. Now to get the money up for these babies.

Ok, I know this is a reply to an old post, but I was just turned on to Rumples, and LOVE them. I highly recommend anyone to give these a shot, that sounds amazing.

No connection, just very satisfied customer.
