I have a 2007 MIM Fat Strat HSS (though I'm not sure if they're even calling them Fat Strats anymore). I'm thinking that I want to customize it a bit, with a custom pickguard and knobs. What I'd like to do is get a PG that matches the chrome on my hardware, and then have the PG etched in some way (laser etched, acid etched...whatever works). Here's the thing; I've looked all over the place and it's pretty darn hard to find a good "chrome" PG that matches up with my guitar. You'd think it'd be pretty easy, but all the HSS pickguards I find have only 2 adjustment screw holes for the humbucker instead of 3 as my guitar has. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can find such a PG that's going to match up with my pickups?

And on that same subject, any suggestions as to where I might get such an etching job done? I've run across a few places online, but I don't really know who to trust for a decent job.

FYI, I have a Candy Apple Red Strat with maple neck.
