I was wondering how I might wire a strat so the 5 pickup selecter switch switches between individual pickups or do I have to get another switch.

You'll have to get another switch as the "5-way" switch won't actually let you switch among 5 pickups.

I have another 5 way switch from a spare import guitar, how would I wire that so that I can switch between 5 pickups.

Regardless of the switch, it seems a 5-pup guitar would be hard to play with all the pups there. Well, it would be for me anyway...

Are you talking about a strat with 5 individual pickups on it? I did not know such a guitar existed! Love to see a picture or a link to one!

I would imagine he is talking about a HSH guitar, likely not a Fender. A standard 5 way switch with a couple of additional micro-toggles wired for coil tapping the buckers would do the trick. That sort of installation would not be a task for an amatuer.

This is kind of what I want to do. Is it possible to solder the output of one 5 way switch to the input of another 5 way switch, sort of like this

I am talking about a standard 3 pickup fender guitar which I will cut 2 extra pickup holes in and put 2 more pickups in. It's a Fender Copy, so no worries, I AM NOT DISECTING A REAL STRAT!

Since the guitar is going to look a little odd, why not have five rocker switches? I have a DiPinto Galaxie IV, and it has four pickups. It is also hard to play because the two middle pickups get in the way and don't really add too much to the sound. The cool thing about rocker switches is you can turn the pickups on and off in any configuration you want.

This is what he wants to do, make an S-S-S-S-S that at first glance appears to be H-S-H:

There's room for 3 more if you don't angle the bridge pups.
