Just installed some hot noiseless and the neck pu isn't giving full output. it's working, but it's very thin and has half the signal as the middle and bridge. (tested by touching the magnets w/a screwdriver) There isn't any hum or buzzing either. I have switched the wires on the switch to see if it was the switch, but it does exactly the same thing in the other spots and the other pups work just fine in the neck pos on the switch.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Welcome!

Well, apparently you've jumped the pickup out so the only thing left for you to do is to verify that the wiring on the bottom of the pickup is identical to that of the other two pickups and if so, check for breaks in the wires, stray strands of wire, etc. Beyond this, one of the pickups coils would be defective which means the pickup must be repaired (professionally) or replaced.

Thanks, there was stray wire coming out of the pickup itself when I opened the box.

Well, there you have it. If you have stray wires coming out of the pickup itself, one of the coils is no good.

Here is an appearance question....I purchased the Noisless Hot Strat pickups and they are "yellower" in color than my bright white pick guard. Any suggestions?

You can outright buy the bright white replacement covers or you can try trading the ones you now have for them.
