Had two cables die on me, but GC took em back, replaced both free.

I use Planet Wave a lot.
But I prefer using Klotz cables. They are meant for a bass guitar but I use them on my normal guitar because of special reasons 'n stuff. ^^

My Fender Electro-Volt is still going strong. It's gotten used every single day over the last 3 and a half years, and has been through hell and back. (rolling stacks, stepped on, you name it.) Still sounds as good as the day I bought it. My poor Vintage Voltage cable (which is beautiful btw) hardly ever sees action because that one is just the one I always go to. It's nice not to have to worry about the little things.

I have purchased 7 Horizon cables over the past 25 years and ALL are in good shape and working fine, Including the first tweed one I got with my first (real) guitar.

I've also had good success with Fenders. No break down with those either.

Hey, best bang for the buck!

Conquest Cables because they are affordable, reliable, and feature Switchcraft Plugs, are usually my first choice, but I also use ProCo cables, Hosa PRO patch cables, and Ibanez Patch cables.

I have purchased a ton of cables, trying to find the right one, I have a monster cable=it's okay. fender kustom koil = very good, dimarzio vintage tweed = okay. Out of those I like the fender koil kable the best, why? because you don't get that annoying loop in the cable when you're walking and playing.

I use 2 cords that do the job for me, the DiMarzio tweed and the Fender Koil Kable.

I would think the best cables to use are the ones that came with the guitar. The factory includes them for a reason and you`ll probably get the best results with them.

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone tried out our new cables? (ie - Platinum/ Gold/ Koil Kords)

If you truly love tone, that's what these cables protect and deliver.

Thanks for making this forum great! Check 'em out.

I'm using Fender Tone master cables now and like them a lot, plus they come with a lifetime guarantee. 8)

I am currently using a Monster Bass cable(21 ft) as my primary, and a Monster Performer 500 (also 21) as my back-up. I actually just had to replace my primary because of some cracklin'. Gotta love that Monster warranty. I will be buying all new cables soon from Butch at http://www.bayoucables.com as I have read many positive reviews about his products.

I've had no problems at all from a Conquest Wrapper cable.

Many good years with it.
