The HS-3's and the YJM's are horrible sounding pickups. Way too bassy. They rolled off the top end way too much. They don't handle distortion well as they turn to mush when high gain is applied. You can't sweep pick nearly as articulate on them as you can other Strat pickups. I advise staying away from those two particular models.

Of course Yngwie makes them work for him so...

When pumping up a strat to be more aggressive, I feel the bridge
pickup is the most important.
So my favs in the bridge position are:
Texas Special Bridge
Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound
Rio Grand Tallboy
Rio Grand Muy Grand
