I love my MIM Stratocaster with stock ceramic true single coils, they have high output and drive the front end of my amp hard so I get more distortion that any Alnico 5 Strat single coil I have tried yet, I think is loud as a humbucker imho. Also the bridge is super usable as it is not overly bright/twangy, no need to use the tone pot mode with it.

The only drawback as you know is the 60 cycle hum. Are there any high output noiseless single coils you recommend that could have as much output?

No single-coil pickup is noiseless. The closest I've come to authentic Strat tones are DiMarzio's Virtual Vintage line of pickups. They come in a variety of output levels, from ultra clean to near metal grunge.

I have Lace in my old 2002 Highway 1, it's their hot golds which are fine for my needs they also offer a red https://lacemusic.com/products/lace-sen ... oil-pickup . You may also want to look at the Fender hot noiseless https://shop.fender.com/en-US/parts/str ... 05000.html . Seymour Duncan makes nice Strat pickups and I know for a fact they make dynamite Humbuckers because I use them in my Epi's, Hamers and several others. Good luck.

None of these pickups are traditional single coils.

I totally agree and they are only options as the op did not really specify traditional or not as I understand it: "The only drawback as you know is the 60 cycle hum. Are there any high output noiseless single coils you recommend that could have as much output?".
Rock on my friend. :D

I direct your attention to my initial response to the OP's original question and I stand by every word......IOW, there are no noiseless single-coil pickups known to exist.

+1
These are Humbucker with the look and tone of the single coil.

Imenator, IMO use good booster pedal between your guitar and amp
