Hi all,

Is there anywhere to go for specific direction on relacing pots and the switch on a strat... I think I have the switch down but the resistors on the pots are throwing me a little - I believe this makes them a tone vs a volume pot but I don't know where to connect them?

Any help would be most appreciated... I have googled it but I can't find anything very specific.

Thank you in advance!

Moto,
Can you advise which model guitar you have? Which pickups, etc? Then I can get you the correct wiring diagram for the appropriate guitar.

Thanks, I eventually found a couple of wiring diagrams, it seems pretty standard for all strats, it's just that most of the diagrams don't show how to ground the trem or the pot specs very well at all. I used a couple of my other strats to gain the knowledge. All of mine were the same except for a prototype I have that the tone dials affect all three pickups instead of two like my other three strats. It has an extra resistor? on one of the pots... I guess you can do multiple setups with different wiring choices?
