As many of us know, there are substances and products that can be used to clean electronics.
You know, for cleaning the pots in your volume or tone knobs.
Usually 2 or 3 three substances r used in series. (cleaning, rinsing, lubing)

What about pickups? I have an old pickup on an old guitar...
There is a little corrosion forming on the poles that I can see.
Is it a good idea to clean out the insides of an old pickup?
If so how and what can be used?
Any experienced opinions are appreciated.
