I recently bought a Fender Old Growth Redwood Strat, which I like very much. I have a minor problem with the pickguard, which is made from brown anodized aluminium: Every time I touch the pickguard with my fingers, it leaves a milky fingertip. When I tried to remove these fingerprints with a Cloth, it got even worse. How can I clean an anodized pickguard and get rid rid of these prints? Thanks for your help!

Anodized pickguards are frequently discolored by contact with human skin due to the acidic and oleate secretions present in the epidermis. You might try cleaning the pickguard with mild lacquer reducer or lighter fluid though the issue is likely to recur every time you handle and/or play the instrument. It's just one of those things.
