I just took a set of CS69 out of a guitar to fit in a different one.

They got mixed up and I have no idea which is for each position.

Are the pickups all the same? If not, how do I know which is the neck, mid, bridge?

Correct. The CS 69 pickups are "universal fit". All three coils are identical, both in gain and polarity.

Maybe the length of the wires on each pickup will tell you.
