The Tone-Bar on the Fender acoustics 1963-71 is advertised as adjustable.

Anybody here have knowledge of how and with what kind of wrench/tool ?

From about 1965 0n a "tone bar" or "resonator bar" (derisively termed a "broomstick") of aluminum had to be added through the body for structural rigidity.

This "resonator bar" extended inside the body from the neck block to the bottom of the guitar, which reportedly benefited the tone of the guitar.

That "tone bar" "torsion bar" also made those guitars a bit quieter than other guitars of equal size. Fender did have a magnetic pickup that would mount directly to that bar so that you didn't have to clip it to the sound hole which would have killed the volume even more.

Here's a link to the Concert, Kingman, and Palomino (1965) that explains everything including neck shims and neck truss rod. Sadly, no mention of the Tone/torsion bar. That leads me to believe any adjustment their, is best left to an authorized Fender dealer. (if any of them still have documentation on that bar.)
