hi guys, it's my first time posting here and I just want to ask some help about my fishman pickup in my fender CD-60CE. I've brought the guitar 9mos ago and I did'nt used it for about 2mos. So when I get on to it yesterday I noticed that the tuner light is keep blinking, and i suspected it must be the battery that gone low. So i bought a new one but still it kept blinking... Why is this happening? Is my pickup broken already?

Welcome.

Without a 'hands-on' examination, this is only an educated guess. Having said this, I'd say its not the pickup. See, if the pickup were dead and there were nothing wrong with the battery/preamp aspects, the battery light wouldn't be flashing for the battery and preamp would still be functioning properly; you'd simply get no sound. The fact that the battery light keeps blinking, implies to me that the voltage emanating from the battery to and through the preamp circuit is either weak or none, implying a shorted or broken wire or a shorted or broken terminal somewhere close to the battery clips. Consider too, the fact that predominantly, components which get manipulated are more prone to possible failure than those which are insulated, stationary and never touched. So again, troubleshooting wise, I'd start from the battery clip and work my way throughout the circuit from there. FWIW, it could be something as simple as the positive terminal of the battery clip not firmly grasping the battery's positive terminal where just a touch of crimping of the clip to tighten it's grip is required.
