I just got a Fender JG12ce/12 guitar. I need to replace the bridge saddle and the string nut. Is there a place to order these by part number for that model guitar, or do I have to buy blank pieces and make them fit? I prefer the former.

Hi hwoj,
There are parts distributors both online and storefronts that you could get these from, I'm sure. However, they will be notched (bridge) and more than likely slightly indented
on the nut....because.....you don't want to cut the nut without the guitar strung, and the neck set up. Any variance and the nut could be too low or too high. The bridge is similar, but tolerances are more forgiving.

My best advice to you is get it on down to a service center and/or tech that has proper nut files and saws and have it done for you. You REALLY don't wanna do this yourself....it can be mind numbing for 12strings :O)......ok not as mind numbing as tuning a piano....but still.
Hope that helps a bit.

All the best,
rob
