It's Great!!!!!! I bought the Fender 1300 sx back in '95 while looking for an upgrade acoustic. Picked it up and couldn't put it down!!! It is sooo...... SWEET!!!! Rosewood back and sides give it a beautiful dark tone. A somewhat narrow waist on the body further "scoops" the tone while making it very comfortable to hold close, and with i guitar like this, you will!!! Broke the headstock off and, yea,.. I cried. But, it made me notice that the headstock was not laminated on, as most are. The entire neck is carved from one piece of wood. Pehaps another component of it's great tone. No cutaway. No electronics. But this no cowboy guitar. This is not a con, just don't expect her to cut through a mix. She excels at solo instrumental music or softly sung song's. Dynamic finger picking is also a strong suite. A tip of the hat to Fender for such a pure acoustic offering!!!!!

p.s. It's going back to Fender for a full restoration!!!
