I've only seen photos, they look awful nice. One that I saw was blue and it was awesome.

I've tried a couple different ones but none were very impressive to me. They look nice but the laminate top kills the sound. It is a nice campfire guitar at best. The best Fender acoustic dread IMOP is the Kingman by a long shot.

Never had a chance to play a Kingman but they sure look nice.

Just lovin' my Montara. Best Evil-bay deal I ever got IMO.

The one I played was sunburst. I thought it better sounding than the cd 60.
I also played a Martin a/e that was a laminant and personally thought the Fender sounded better. I don't think it's fair to compare an a/e with a smaller body to a full wood body Dreadnaught, the dreadnaught will win every time IMO. Still a nice guitar though. BTW my dad had a 12 string Kingman I used to play when I was alot younger very nice!

Yeah the T-Bucket is a pretty cool looking guitar. Sounds OK too. I got a T-Bucket 300CE, the dreadnuaght sized cutaway version, in the quilted amber finish.

6twang is right in saying it's a nice campfire guitar. That's what I got mine for (and I dig the hotrod theme). I had a budget of $300 and wanted to get something I didn't have to worry about beating up. I get a lot of compliments on the looks of my T-Bucket. All non-guitar players that see the quilt maple top say how pretty it is, while us guitar players know the truth that it's a maple laminate and deadens the sound

However, my T-Bucket actually sounded OK when compared to various solid top acoustics in that price range in the shop where I bought it. Not better, just OK or equal to. Sometimes I look at my T-Bucket and say to myself, "Why the heck did I get an all laminate acoustic"? But it sure is too pretty to get rid of!

I personally would love to have a T bucket. I think it's one of the best looking and sounding elec/acoustics on the market.
