truss rod adjustment is critical,If you're faint hearted, better not do it.send it to a professional.allen wrenches are available to any hardware supplies store anywhere,my guitar has the size 4 for the allen wrench.it's better if you buy in a set because when buying singly, chances are you it will not fit, anyways, after that truss rod adjusted, make sure that you take care of your guitar,AVOID PUTTING YOUR GUITAR INSIDE YOUR CAR especially when its parked under the sun.do not store it on the trunk also.and place silica gel packet/s inside your case to avoid moisture from totaling your guitar.good luck.

I agree with Astral Enigma. Don't try to adjust the truss rod unless you really know what you are doing. It could cause permanent damage to your guitar. Take it to your luthier for repairs and a new set up. It will take a few days to repair it but will be worth while. Also remember to never subject your guitar to anything you wouldn't do yourself as far as temps and climates are concerned. Good Luck.
