well,if you're wanting a guitar with quite a brand, well maybe you can look at these brands.they're known for their quality even at their cheapest instruments.Yamaha,Cordoba(if u want nylon),alvarez, fender and epiphone.(its best if you buy the 3/4 sized guitars.) but If you're not caring about the brand, there should be enough plenty but I cannot name one unless I play it,so,If you're just starting to learn to play guitar it's best adviced that you pick up any cheap guitar used or new to learn with.

If you want a 3/4 sized guitar look at the Martin line and the Baby Taylor they are pretty close to what you want to spend and well worth it. Now for full size in that amount Fender has a few good ones as does ibanez and epiphone. To get areally nice one you could luck up on ebay and find a nice used one. It's really according to your taste and what you need on it as in electronics or solid woods. Good luck with your search and let us know what you get maybe post some pics of it.

I can personally vouch for the Jasmine S35 by Takamine. It is a very good begginers guitar for less than $100. I've had mine for ten years now and i still choose it over some of my more expensive guitars that i've had. It gets better with age and takes a good beating also.

Sometimes you can find a Fender natural at a good price. Mine is
new and it only cost me 150 dollars. Even though it cost me more
after I added a strap, more strings, and a string guitar tool.
They are a lot of fun to play. In the same row I found a Gipson
guitar that was antique that cost over a thousand. The instrument
even looked real old. At the Guitar Shop.
