I would have to say the Line 6 Spider 3. Not specifically made for acoustic but it sounds really nice played through the clean and twang channels. thats what i play mine through and i like it. but i guess the choice is really up to you because everybody hears a different voice in music.

AC90 roland is really expensive.but I just tried it for once on a gig with other bands . Line 6 spider III is very good for electric, however, changes case when it comes to acoustic.the best I can think within a budget kind which doesnt compromise the quality is the fender acoustasonic 30dsp.its not necessary that you buy this because 30 watts is loud already for a gig.don't forget to avail compression or filter pedals eh

I recommend the Ibanez Troubadour T30 for practice or very small performances. For the larger gigs the Fishman Loudbox 100 is the best i've found acoustically. Then again i have found that playing through a regular Fender 900 series or Vox Valvetronic amp is good if you want an edgier sound for your acoustic. I wish i could find one amp but with both the benefits of the acoustic amp and regular valve or tube amp.
