I have a CD60CE and I noticed the 12 fret is a little sharp on all strings. Unlike my Strat, I don't have a bridge I can easily adjust on this acoustic.

1) Could this simply mean the strings need changed? I changed them a month ago maybe?

2) What do you do to set intonation on an acoustic guitar like this should it not be the strings?

it could be the intonation, but you'd better get your guitar to the local music service, they know better

I'm no expert, but I've accepted that acoustic guitars will never be perfectly intonated.

This site has a detailed analysis of acoustic intonation.
