Where can I find a drawing of the pot wiring? The 3 pots are 2 - B500K & 1 - D500K.
Is it ok to use 2 - B500K's & 1 - A500K instead?

The bass is a 1997 Fender Squier Precision 5 sting Protone. Thanks for any help.

You are in the wrong forum ; acoustic Instrument forum,

Any wiring from a 2 pickups bass ( or guitar ) with two volumes and one tone will work.

I'm no wiring guru, so I usually try to use same/similar parts if something needs replacing. There are D500K pots available from Fender (it's a split shaft), Alpha (my guess is, that's the original if it's a 16mm pot), Cor-Tek (another 'original' possibility), MightyMite etc.

The 'D' is rare on pots, and the meaning can be different with different manufacturers - I'm guessing it's audio with a different taper curve. Replacing it with an A500K, you just have to test if it works.
