My '01 Pbass special will be going through an Acoustic 600 head, and Fender Bassman 410 and 115 cabs...had the bass for only a week, so I haven't had a chance to hook it up. I'm betting it will be loud and glorious :)

I play through a Bassman 25 in my basement.

When I play at a gig I use a Mark Bass Little Mark II head through a 2x10 cabinet or an Ampeg PB250 head through a Ampeg 2x12 cabinet, and Eden 1x10 cab with horn or a SWR Goliath III cabinet with 2-10s and a hi-freq driver.

Or I use a PEAVEY MEGABASS head that is bullet proof! I pair that with two single 15 cabs for outdoor festival playing.

I plug mine into a Peavey Headliner 600 watt with a USA Ampeg 1x15 with a Fender Special Design (I think) driver.

I chose "other"....(other what?)

I`ve got an earlier model(1st yr?) ORANGE CRUSH 20B mini combo practice amp.MIC but snagged it NIB for $100 +shipping. It`s been a decent little amp,but I`m hoping to upgrade in the near future.

About 15 years ago, I found a '65 Fender Bassman that had been converted by Rogers Amps in Charleston, SC into a 2x10 combo amp.

I was looking for an old blackface head unit when I ran across it in a shop and it was priced below the then current value of original head units. I've been playing guitar through it all these years. Didn't get around to buying a bass until 2014.

It's a great guitar amp. I hope it will serve as well for the bass.

I just recently purchased a Gallien-Krueger MB112. I'm really digging the sound I'm getting out of my basses. I've got a Vintage Modified Jazz and a Vintage Modified P-bass V and they both sound so good running through my GK.

Has anyone bought any of the new version 3 Fender Rumbles? I picked up a new Rumble 25 just because it was cheap and cute. Sounds damn good! :D

I use a TC Electronic combo, but I'm not all that crazy about it.

I also use a GK MB200 into a 15" 400 watt EBS cab.

Finally I'm goofing around with a Behringer 550 watt head into a Warwick 4x10" cab.

The Behringer will have to find another place to live eventually - but it'll do for now
The GK/EBS combination is my best sounding combination

Was listed as "other," but I do have some Ampeg's in the rundown.

Primarily a Epifani UL310II cabinet, Epifani UL501 head or the Stewart World 2.1 power amplifier and a Barber Electronics Linden EQ.

Recently I tried on a gig the Barber Electronics Linden EQ through the Epifani UL501 head. It really is hard to get away from the musical functionality of the Baxandall tone stack that is used by the Linden and what made the Ampeg sound what it is.

In addition in the trial run...the Ampeg SVT 8 Pro (verdict still out on this beast).

I am using the Squier Vintage Vibe P V bass. Frankly being a P bass, it sounds excellent through just about anything.

I plug into a Fender Frontman 15B for practice. For recording, I plug directly into my Lexicon interface or into a (borrowed) Radial DI.

GK backline 600- Sunn 2/15" cab to Acoustic B300H-Peavey 2/15" cab. Squire P-bass or Fender P-bass (Squire model) or Jackson CBXV (David Ellefson model).

When I had my Squier PJ bass special I ran through a Crate BX 100. My pending Squier Jazz will go through a Fender Rumble V3 500 combo 210 cab rig.

The Squier Jazz that is pending is an Affinity Jass in Burgundy Mist waiting delivery. Should be in hand by Wednesday.

Well, I voted for Rumble, since technically I did plug my Squier Jazz into my Rumble 350 combo I still have a long time ago. I've been using an Orange Terror Bass 1000 with an 18" speaker cab as my main rig now, but I have yet to try out the Squier through that, since I finally got the work done to it to make it playable again. I'm looking forward to trying it out, since my Schecter Jazz was the only bass I have that I've used with the Orange rig.

I will say, from what I remember, the Squier sounds great through the Rumble. Then again, Fenders usually sound best through Fender amps, like Keith Richards said. :P
