At the moment, just for home use, I am using a Rumble 15 I just bought new. Before that, I was stuck using my Frontman 15g guitar amp at low volume. No good bass fun there.:) But I really like the Rumble line, so will likely keep moving up within it, probably a 75 next, when I have the means.

When I started this thread I never ever expected to see a big expensive ($3K+) Fender rig like this and a $300 Squire in the same photo.

I checked Fender Bassman, but that's really two. One's a 210/250 and the other is a vintage Bassman 135 with 2 X 15 cab. The bass is the VM Tele ... not a bad axe for what I paid for it!

CV 60's J Bass into 69 Bassman with '72 VT-15 cab. Or Rumble 350 head and 4x10 cab. Depends on my mood.

Almost 2,000 views but only 35 votes. Still better than it used to be. :)
Just as you might think, Fender Bass Amps lead the pack, but only by a slim margin.
Fender's Rumble line and also Fender's Bronco 40 are both very worthy choices. Take your pick.

Peavey Minx, Peavey 2X15" B.W. and old Peavey 125 watt monitor x amp. If I plug the Minx in to the 2X 15" cab, it still rocks pretty good. Tom. :)

Can not plug it into my Hot Rod Deluxe or my Mustang 1. Well I guess I could, but I would probably replace the speakers every week. :(

I've got a Squier VM Jaguar Bass Special. My little rig is a Carvin BX500 head into a single 12. My big rig is an old Carvin PB500 into 4-10's over an 18 bottom.

A 1998 SWR Workingman 12. It's a USA built amp with a Celestion speaker. I also use a MXR M-80 Bass D.I.+, TC Electronics Polytune and MXR Phase 100.

Well, since I actually got a Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass a couple of days ago, I figured I might as well add to the poll, even though it's been up for awhile. Technically, I've only plugged it into an old Peavey Basic 60 to test it so far, but my main amp will be my Rumble 350 combo, so that's what I voted for.

The Squier was actually an emergency purchase, because my Fender Precision Lyte bass crapped out on me and I need a functional bass and I'm currently stuck with a limited budget. I have thought about getting one to begin with anyway, since I previously bought a Squier Telecaster Custom that I've been quite happy with.
