It's not just Squier--I've two Fenders without any documentation as well. I'm not sure anyone is really in charge. They have two basses named Starcaster--a $1000 Fender semi-hollow body and an entry level jazz. Oh, did I mention they brought out the Fender Starcaster without any provision for providing a case for it too?

I managed to discover it fits pretty well in an Epiphone Jack Casady bass case? Just have to put up with the "Epiphone" on the case.

I wish someone was in charge and doing a good job!

Below is a link that directs you to the service help you need. On the main Fender page it is located at the very bottom. There is an actual phone number in addition a location on left side of the screen with specific drop down bar for the information you are requesting. I did use the "parts" portion of this service without a response. I checked my emails junk box just in case it was filtered out. I didn't see anything. Point, if the email doesn't work I would just call them and get a name for accountability.

Well, i got wrenches with my new Squier bass, no manual. You really want to get jacked, send them an e-mail and wait forever for a response. Jut be happy with what you have, after you buy it, you're on your own.

I bought two Squier basses last month. Both had wrenches. Fender Japan sort of surprised me with the no wrenches thing.

Unbelievable ! P neck vol, J bridge vol, Bass Boost, master tone. Just tap the pickups , turn the knobs, and use your ears. Seems like you need a much simpler bass if you can't figure out these very simple and obvious controls. Looks like you missed the obvious Allen wrenches that are ALWAYS packaged with Fender and Squier instruments. Check the packaging again.........

Trust me, I was an employee at a Fender dealer and I'm not stupid. I took the Fender Japan 52 RI Precision box APART. Nothing in there but foam, cardboard and styrofoam, no wrenches. So your statement that wrenches are always included is not entirely accurate.
