this makes me remember my first string change experience.. haha i remembered i boiled the strings for 20min back then

Update: finally got brave enough to change the strings..btw Oxfan love the flatwound strings you suggested! I should have filmed the string change..after all that avoiding..it was a piece of cake..the hole to push the string in is GENIUS!! If I knew it was going to be that easy I would have done it 2 months ago when I ordered the strings hahaha..
Thank you Everyone and I did view the how to video's I have got to STOP over thinking stuff lol!

Good for you Mona! Glad you like the strings, they'll make your playing much easier. round wound bass strings have the tendency to be a little rough to get accustomed to.

Changing strings isn't that big a deal, my only suggestion would be to change one string at a time to keep the tension on the neck.

I will admit as I'm sure a lot of us will, we're disappointed that there was no video.

That being said, we'll have to settle for this!
