Very nice review, my sentiments exactly. As you can see, Rez and I are members of the Squier Vintage Modifed Jazz Bass Club.

Yeah Ox!! My question tho, since Fender sent this to you for a review and to play some gigs and do more reviews, you think they(Fender) made sure your bass was set up perfectly? My VM had to get set up, buzzing on the 12th fret. Not a big deal, but you showed the Jag was perfect, other than tuning the strings (obviously).

This is what I posted on my YouTube channel regarding set -up:
"I definitely should specify that the set up was not perfect, but definitely acceptable, at least this one was OK right out of the box. I adjusted the pick up height and gave the neck and saddles an adjustment to suite my style better too(after shooting this video). I'm still very impressed with the quality and ease of adjustment with these basses for the price. Thanks for checking out the video!!"
I definitely have played quite a number of Squiers at music stores and some are set up well and some aren't, as a mater of fact, that pretty much goes for all brands of basses/guitars out there, not just Fenders. Hope this helps.....
