Have any of y'all played this?

I've been thinking about getting a fretless bass but i dont want to sink big bucks into it, What I've read about these have been positive but I was wondering if any of Y'all owned or have played one.

Thanks,
SHM

The local Sam Ash has one with a tag that states "made with soft maple"...with less pieces of wood. I kinda like the agathis bodies better for tone. The lighter woods sound much better for fretless basses I think. I'm picking one up this month which will be modded only with a Leo Quan Badarse II bridge...nothing else. The tuners work fine and the pickups are quality. Love the ebonal.

My only american fender is a fretless and to my surprise as beautiful as she is I am either sharp and or flat when i play her drives my bandmates batty. On ballads I am ok since it slow going but on faster tunes its a nightmare. Great sounding pickups sweet action yet this little imperfection of me being # or flat makes me regret buying her. She is a 2000 sunburst finish with black pick guard jazz. Love my classic vibe p . Not trying to discourage you if a fretless is in your sights just thought I'd let you know my point of view. Enjoy Music always.
