My P pickup won't work on my P Special. It's not the knob being loose. What might it be?

Might be a loose wire. Take off the pickguard and take a look.

The wire on my Stu Hamm jack came off, it was less than $15 to fix.

Lol, not the new ones, I got it in '95, the original short scale ones. It was fuscia in color - oh alright, purple. Yeah, it was an awesome bass. Short scale tho, not an issue with me, but apparently for others it was.

short scale works for me! Purple... eh, not so much.

I am a sucker for blue or natural... I have some sort of burst now. It's nice... but really want blue or natural! Blonde is sweet too but that is out of my price range right now.

It wasn't that bad, I got it cuz it was different, it had a vintage case too - not tweed mine you, snake skinnish thing. Pearloid pg, black hardware, Nice sound, it was active, with a J/P/J pup set up. I can't find it anywhere as far as pix. I had pix taken off it, but it's on my old computer.

I don't have it anymore, that's why I search for the pic on the net, but it keeps pulling the Urge II. I had the 1st model. I'll try to find some pic that I can scan, maybe it'll work.
