I'm fixin' to begin a total overhaul(including p'ups) on my Affinity Tele.I want to replace the stock neck with either & Fender Nashville Deluxe neck or Fender Vintage '50s neck. Going for a vintage style look.

Does anybody know(or have done this) if these necks will fit in the neck pocket on the Affinity body without altering it?
Not concerned with possibly having to redrill.

They should fit. Just check the length of the screws when the neck is on the body so they don't go through the fretboard.

Both necks are MIM so they are metric and should be close to the same size. That being said you can pay as much for one as you did for the guitar. With a little fret dressing and new tuners and a nut you'll have a decent neck. Here's one I did. This Guitar is # 2 But My first Tele.

Respectfully. Why does the neck need to be replaced ?

My point exactly! Except that's how I acquired my neck for cheap. Guy put a Mighty Mite neck on his Affinity and sold me his, tuners and all for 40 bucks. I have about an hours time of fret work into it and about 15 bucks for a decal, string tree and finish. I will upgrade the nut later but it plays just fine and stays in tune.

I have to second that question - why? If it's a matter of wanting a different profile, then I can understand...certainly some folks prefer a fatter, chunkier neck, etc.. That said, since the OP said "vintage look"...erm...not really that much of a difference IMO. Not enough at least to really warrant the price of a new neck. Unlike a Strat where different sized/shaped headstocks tend to point to an era (70's being the most notable), a Tele headstock is, more or less, basically a Tele headstock...mostly just different decals than anything really.

I'm just curious more than anything here as I have an '09 Affinity Tele and while I'm not crazy about the whole Tele thing specifically (bought the guitar as an art project mainly), the guitar does have a rather nice neck on it. Really nice shape and feel.

Anyways, as someone else said, an MIM neck will likely fit but do be careful about the screw length if your changing those too. Affinity's tend to have much thinner bodies than most other Teles and Strats.

While you have the neck off be sure to check for any overspray that might have gotten into the pocket when they sprayed the original finish. A little time can pay off in tone. And if you have to shim, hardwood veneer is good and heard that brass sheets work good too. No paper or plastic!
