Well not a mod. But I had this guitar for a week now. Bridge pu is way bright to the point no matter how I lowered it or adjusted the bass on the amp. Still screeshing highs. The neck pu just had no tone worth while, to me anyways. So I swapped out neck pu to the bridge. Then add"d a orange drop 022 cap. Honestely it is perfect. What a diff in tone. Neck is now much cleaner bluesy tone on all strings n the bridge is fuller and much more playable now. Still has the strat twang with out the shrill highs.
For a 100 dollar guitar. It is a keeper,
Was going to get one of the prewired pickguards off amazon. But em satified now. Well save the moeny to put towards a vibe.

I was gonna replace the pickups with humbuckers when I got my sunburst Bullet Strat, but when I first played it, it had this naturally sweet tone, humbucker sound, and no strat twang so I just kept the single coils. I've taken it to a couple of guitar shows and it always leave jaws hanging when they hear it.
