Tomorrow I'm going to check out what the seller claims to be an American made Squire Telecaster. I couldn't find much online about this. Do they exist?(Legit) And is it an old production or recent.
Also. What to look for in identifying its authenticity. Thanks.

An Esquire is a single (bridge) pickup Tele. They do make these in the US. Squier's are made in China.

First thing to check: if it says "Squire" in the labels, it's a fake.

But seriously, folks: MIA Squiers were made during a very short period (when the Mexico factory had burned down) during 1989-1990.
Squier Telecaster MIA - very little to be found, but since there are Sq-MIM-Teles from that era, it's not impossible they moved the Tele production to the US, too. Might be a good idea to contact consumerrelations@fender.com and see if they have something on that.

What to look for... well, here's some hints:
The seller's reputation.
The guitar's specs should be exactly like the Squier MIM's of that era (e.g. 1998).
Mods, if any have been made.
What's the history of that guitar, as far as it can be retraced.
General condition, is it correct to the 25 yrs age.
Labels, markings (under the pickguard and in the neck pocket).
And don't overpay - although these are very rare, they are not very likely to become investment objects. And if you're going to buy it for playing, compare what else you could buy for the same money.

I would be careful, can be easy to fake. They appear to have E or N serial numbers but I would not go by just this as E9 serial numbers also turned up on Squier II Super Strats made in Korea.

If you see any signs of sanding on the headstock I would avoid it.

Many MIJ Teles sell for higher prices, for a MIA (or MIM) Squier that's cheap - and regardless of the origins, 200$ for a guitar ain't bad if it looks, feels and plays well.

But go with your gut feelings - if it don't feel right, wait for the next one.
And: if you buy it, pics would be welcome.

Wiser men than me have created the "internet consensus" that US Squiers were made in 1989-1990 for about 8 months.
So, could you elaborate where do you get this 1989-1992 info?

I forget where but it was about American made Squier Strats and it said they were introduced in 1989 and discontinued in 1992

Arebel is correct on this one. They were made from 89-92 or so and are now exceedingly hard to find in the vintage market.
