Is there ANY possible way that you can change a Squier Stratocaster to the new Lonestar Strat? (I mean as far as headstock, neck, frets, body, pickguard, etc...) If you could change the wiring that would be nice, but all I wanna know is if the parts to the Lonestar Strat are compatible with the Squier Strat? If not, what are some good customizing suggestions for a Squier Strat?

That really depends on which Squier you have. If you have die cast tuners then you're probably better off keeping them, rather than having to get special bushings to adapt vintage style tuners. (I'm pretty sure the new Lonestar has 50s-60's "deluxe" style tuners.) The pickguard thing should be pretty easy to manage, even if you have to drill some new holes for different screw placement, but the real lure of the Lonestar is the pickups. The "vintage tint" on the neck is kind of cool and the cosmetics all around are pretty, but the Texas Specials and Pearly Gates combo is where it's at. I understand if you want to sort of "make your guitar your own", but if you're going to spend any cash on a guitar like the one you have, it should be to upgrade the quality, rather than the aesthetics.

Is there any way you could get the pick guard from the Lonestar Strat? If I find one, I would love to put it on my guitar.

Yes, it's depend on your guitar. If yours has a pool mill for the pu's you can change the pickguard.
Take a look into Wiring/Parts Diagrams, Stratocasters, Lone Star.
That will help you more.

Cheers :D
