Hi, does anyone know if a neck of SQUIER BULLET will fit on a SQUIER FAT STRAT STANDARD w/ Whammy bar?

The current Bullets have a 25.5" scale (measuring nut to bridge) according to the Fender page, http://www.fender.com/squier/series/bul ... -sunburst/. You can use a tape measure to see, and measure the width of the two necks, which will likely be the same or close enough. Sometimes, I've found that necks and pockets don't exactly match in width, but most of the time they will.

There is always a chance the four screws on the neck plate don't line up exactly the same as well, but that isn't common from my experience with the big brothers to these guitars.

If you already own both pieces, I would measure and assuming they are the same scale, just try it. It isn't that difficult to do, or undo. Part of the joys of toying with guitars. Just don't go crazy when cranking down the neck screws. Just adjust the slack out, then tighten them in a chris-cross pattern like lugnuts, moderately snug.

As always, your mileage may vary.
