I think these:

Or these:

Will work...I would just get the guitar first to see if you like how the stock pickups sound and if you like the guitar. Because if you don't like the sound, you could just then get a new pickup with a cover on it..Or if you do like them, then just look into covers. If you don't like the guitar, then you'll won't have any problems sending it back (if where you get it offers a trial period), because if you accidentally damage or alter something while installing or uninstalling the pickup covers (you never know, especially if you haven't done much modding), then you'll most likely won't be able to send back the guitar. Get the guitar first, make sure you like it and the pickups, then mod it, because it almost seems like you are wanting to buy an engagement ring without even meeting the girl for the first time yet  because I have read your inquries about these 2 guitars on 3 different forums....

I just mention this because I thought when I first saw picttures of the new Squier VM Teles that I would be in love with those guitars, until I actually played one of the SSH models in a local store. It looked great, sounded good, played decently, but for my own personal tastes, felt like crap because I cannot stand heavy polyurethaned necks. The freaking neck felt like it was plastic, and yes I could sand the necks down, but then I had 2 different chances to buy brand new Squier Fat Telecasters for less than the the price of one VM Tele and haven't really had any 2nd thoughts about getting the newest Squier VM Teles....
