Hey everyone,
My first post here!
I picked up a cheap Squire SE Special Strat with Amp combo. The amp is in the closet....
I'm looking to replace parts but I don't want to spend money on something that's not compatible.
I want to replace the bridge, pickguard and knobs. This isn't my first guitar so I'm comfortable digging into it. :)

I've googled the hell out of it but I'm not sure what parts are compatible.
Is it possible for me to buy any Strat part and it will fit? I'm doubting that.

Thanks for any info!

-Scott

Edit/update:

Will this fit?

I would measure the string spacing on your bridge to confirm it's 10.5mm GFS sells alot of parts that fit squier's. You might try emailing them and ask before you order. But I think there is a good chance it will work.

Ditto on the GFS plug...

You may want to consider the Fender MIM part 007-1014-000 replacement bridge (big block + steel saddles) - for $19 - $23, not a bad option... The MIM bridges have the same 2 and 1/16 spacing of the import Squiers...

my 2 cents

It seems to me that some Squier Strat bodies aren't as thick as MIM/MIJ/MIA Strat bodies. Call and double check first, it will save you some grief!
