OK, picked up my first Squire last night, a Made in China 1998 Affinity Strat.
The pick guard is a little beat-up and I was wondering how hard it would be to find a replacement one? I know that standard Fender Strat ones tend not to fit Squires.

They've got a great selection.....CA, have you ever used them? As a fellow leftie, I went through all sorts of garbage trying to get a pickguard. (They kept sending me right handed versions of stuff.)

I suppose as long as you're a rightie...yeah...great stuff.....

I use them all the time. My two Strats have pickguards from them.

If you check the pickguard section of www.wdmusic.com (they own Pickguards.com) you will actually see each pickguard has a Lefty option.

Yup. Believe it or not, I did specify.....they just kept sending me the rightie versions (even after I paid the 25% extra). I eventually had to call their office down in Florida. Sometimes it goes that way....

Sometimes that happens. I have never had a problem getting them to send the correct one if they they don't get it right the first time.
