I don't know how or when, but I've already chipped the paint on my Jagmaster. I haven't even had it a week! Grrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! I will say this though, it is a very thin poly job for sure. So, I guess this is it's first step to that relic'd vintage vibe. I'm still miffed though! :?

Don't feel bad, A few years ago I ordered a Gretsch Tennessee Rose. When I got it I sat down to my favorite strings on it. While cutting of some excess string I dropped the wire cutters point first right into the body of my not even 2 hours old guitar.

Over the years I've had my

You might be able to go to a auto shop that specializes in paint or go to a furniture shop that carries expensive products and they may be able to help you out. I've done a few touch ups in my life (never on an instrument) and impressed myself. Try really hard and don't accept second place with the results. I bet you can do it.
