I bought a Squier Tele around 1995. The headstock is below.

What is interesting is that all the guides including the official Fender guide say a 1995 Korean model would say CN 5 then another 5 digits. Mine says CN 5 alright... but then has another 6 digits (the blacked out area is hiding another 4).

Any thoughts?

If you haven't been there, you could get a lot of info from the Sqiuer-Talk Forum. There is a lot of info on Squiers there, and some members that know Squiers inside and out.
