Hey there,

Is there a simple way to adjust the pole piece hight on the pickups that come on the SE100 Strat-pack guitar? The ones I'm looking at stick up well over a 1/4" above the pickup cover.

Thanks!

They are supposed to be like that. Seriously, some single coil designs have staggered polepieces or poles that are different heights.

You got it. If they don't have a screwdriver slot they can't be adjusted. Check out Stewmac. They usually have instructions on how to build your own pickups. It will give you an idea how they are setup and maybe you might want to try and build your own. Also check the web. There are a lot of scratch builders out there.
