Dude jump down off the high horse you rode in on, i am not criticising you, you never offended me in any way at first, but now you are making this all sound like some kind of arguement.

You have your way, someone else has their way, and if our ways suit us then it isn't wrong, just because it isn't your way does not mean to say it is the wrong way. The experience people gain is by playing lots of different guitars over many years just like yourself, just like howardo, just like me, but we are all different and that means we all have our own ways. Wouldn't it be a strange world if we all did things exactly the same way?

Yes the op had valid questions and they were answered were they not? This is a forum and people can sometimes misunderstand each other i get that, but what i don't get is why people have to shoot someone down for the way they are, its life you are never going to change that, you might aswell accept it.

Let me explain how i buy a guitar, i walk into a shop, i see a guitar, wow thats beautiful, i check the price tag to see if its in my budget, i pick it up and look at it closely, i sit down and have a noodle on i, it plays and sounds great, i buy it. Notice the first thing that i noticed? Yep how it looks, and i bet you most people buy a guitar because of how it looks to them in the first place, so deep down i would say that looks are the most important thing because its probably the first thing that makes us choose the guitars, we dont walk into a guitar shop with blindfolds on do we
