I know, I need some modification on the headstock for the screws

Both the kluson and gotoh should fit perfectly. If not perfectly, than with little modification.

measure the hole (in millimeters) you may need to get adapter bushing depending on the exact model of tuners you select. I do happen to have some affinity tuners if nothing else works. You may be able to get fender to replace it for free if you bought it new and have the receipt.

First measure the holes. They should be around 10mm. Then check out STEWMAC.com for the proper replacement. They also have jigs to use for aligning any locating/screw holes if your going for aftermarket machines. The Fender-Schaller tuners are very nice and with the proper jig, you won't make any holes that are visible. Hope this helps, although I know it's a few months since this post.
