I bought a fender Bullet off shopgoodwill. It needs some work, for some reason someone cut off part of the pick guard which is no big deal I can get a new one, and two of the height screws are gone a tab on two of the pickups are broke off, I called stew-Mac and they have pickup covers the guy said should fix that, the main thing is the black wire from the jack is broke off its still on the jack end but I don't know where it goes on the pick gaurd if someone could send me a wiring diagram it would be of great help. Plus I know this has been posted a million times before but I had no use for before but a couple of the decals are missing the one that says Squire and the one that says Fender can anyone tell me if and where I could get replacement ones. Thanks Bill

The black wire is the ground ,solder it at any metal parts inside the body , usualy it go at the volume potentiometer.

Thanks I knew it was a ground wire I just didn't know what was ground, I was able to print the wiring diagram from the goole site it will help alot and I might even need for more before I'm done. I think I may have paid more than I should've I have $30.00 in it now and I just figured the parts and there going to cost another $30.00, and that don't count the work I need to do on the body it has some deep nicks, I'm thinking of cleaning it up good and filling them with plastic wood or something sanding it with some fine sand paper and spraying it black again.

it doesnt matter what you put into it its what you get out of that matters, the bullet is a good platform for upgrading some spend more than others getting them to sound how they want
